Katrina Walker '17 (Data Science) is the Founder and CEO of CodeOp, a venture-backed social enterprise created in 2018 to address the gender disparity in tech. CodeOp helps tech companies like Bumble and NGOs like the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, tap into new pools of technical talent. Fuelled by a vision to lead the charge in changing the culture of tech worldwide, CodeOp has supported over 1200 women, trans and non-binary people from over 60 countries worldwide, develop the technical skills they need to break into the tech industry.
